Forgot to tell you, i has 12 squares of aero chocolate orange last night 12 syns 😋i was hankering after chocolate so i had some
I have not bought washing up liquid for about 4 years 😂i used to but it on Asda price guarantee and it used to glitch alot, still have about 3 years worth i think in the shed 😂😂
Here was tea- 4 syns no garlic bread as i am having a baked apple today 😋 speed today, carrots, onions, peppers, cauli, mushrooms, little tiny bit toms in cottage pie, 3 satsuma's and baked apple later

Festive Five - 2.5kg Maris Piper Potatoes - Carrots 1kg - Parsnips 500g - Sprouts - Cauliflower - 29p each (starts 12/12) @ Tesco

Some good ones there in Tesco bubbs; I'll probably get all of them except the potatoes - don't need any as bought a sack about 3 weeks ago.  Think I'll probably get more than one cauliflower and freeze some and probably a cauliflower cheese on the menu sometime next week (can leave something from the freezer in there).

I’ve been reading along but not posting as I haven’t been on plan for most of the time.  Just eating whatever is easy as the house was being revamped. I had the wake up call I needed this morning from my GP. She wants me to send my weight and blood pressure readings in. I’ve gone back to full caffeine tea and coffee, little exercise and I’ve put weight back. So I’ve given myself a good talking to. The work finished on the kitchen yesterday and things are slowly finding new homes ......the trick is remembering where things are 😂. So I’m going to give it my best shot between now and Christmas......enjoy myself as I visit dd and get back again straight afterwards 🤞🤞
I think you’re all doing amazingly as it is hard at times.

I'm out on Saturday so the veg offers are too late for this week. ☹️

I went to the GP a couple of weeks ago and I was 6 lbs heavier than today. I knew that wasn't right so put it out of my head. I don't think their scales are reliable. 😉

Milan, it is so difficult this time of the year and especially having no kitchen , but glad you are all sorted now

Even if we're not always seeing exactly what we want on the scales, we know that SW is a healthy, balanced way of eating.
You can get 2 good weeks in before Christmas and then all systems go in 2021!! 😁
