Dry instant mash is syn free here too! 🤣 If it's responsible for the 1.5lbs I put on between the end of January and when I weighed in Boots at the end of July then I can live with that. 😁
Mine's just gone into the oven. We seem to eat much later than many. It's a throwback from when I would still have been driving home from work about now, so it's early for me. 😁

Apparently not!  I always weighed with socks on pre Covid anyway, didn't want to get on the scales after someone with dirty feet had stepped on them!

    Evening all
    Well done Denise!
Maman, someone on the elite SW thread, her consultant someone kept giving losses in every week, well group suddenly started and she is 5 STONE heavier!!! 😱😱😱
My sister has been for tea, we had skewers

I don't know if you're a member of Slimming World Recipes Ideas on Facebook but the dodgy moderators on there have used one of your ice cream photos as theirs, and now a woman called Randi Stanley has used this photo as her dinner. Just thought I'd let you know. I hope I don't come across as some weird stalker, I always read this thread but rarely post  :D
  • How weird someone would use your photos as there's   :/ unless it's you of course lol.. Have had a good day today did miss breakfast (I actually took porridge) but I got stuck in with something at work and looked up and it was 11 so didn't bother.
Had the biryani for dinner (5.5) Tea was a SW readymeal, braised steak with root mash and peas , it wasn't the best but I needed to fill up on some veg as I've been a bit pants lol. Did my weekly shop so have lots in for the week and bought some of the alpen bars for my heb when I'm out and about. Has anyone tried the dreamy cake bars (5.5) at aldi I had one tonight and it was gorgeous much nicer than the chocolates :)
Ending tonight on 11 syns but haven't had an energy drink all week which is a win for me, will update tomorrow on weigh in x (from home)
    Pennies starts again...........2022 - £13,579.22

I agree LATP that's really weird and quite naughty as well!

Another really windy day here but have got the bedding out on the line so shouldn't need long to dry.  The forecast isn't too bad and it looks quite unlikely that we'll get any rain, if we do it'll be around lunchtime so the washing will be dried and in before that!

Went over syns in the end yesterday as decided to have a lolly during the evening which was 6 syns, oops!  really need to keep as low as possible today and tomorrow and then I can see where I'm at on Monday to work out whether I need to be good on Wednesday or just have what I fancy!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F
    L - burger and onions in WM roll - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - butternut squash and chickpea curry with rice - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - WM roll
Syns - burger 0.5; rum and diet ginger beer 5?

Currently cooking my chickpeas ready for making the curry later.  Also need to get some spinach out of the freezer for the curry to up the Speed!

    Enjoy the weekend everyone.

Weighed this morning - 1/2 lb loss but I was hoping for 1. Ah well it’s a packet of lard gone. 4lb total. It took me a while to put it all back on so it won’t disappear overnight. Ive filled it in on my graph inside my wardrobe door and eventually it’s going in the right direction after weeks of looking like a magnificent mountain range 😂😂
I only went to the swimming pool once this week so will try to get more sessions in next week.
Breakfast - bacon and tomato barmcake heb.
I’ve not thought any further than that yet as I don’t know what we’re doing today 🙄
    January spends - £587.58

Well done on the 0.5lb loss - a loss is a loss milann.  I got to target mainly losing 0.5lb a week it just takes a bit longer to get there but get there you will if you just stick to plan.
