No problem, always happy to help!  They are quite high syn as they are 3 syns each.  There are plenty of lower syn sausages such as Sainsbobs Be Good to Yourself at 1 syn each.  There's also an Ald! skinny pork sausage which are only 0.5 syn each.

Dh is making a chicken shawarma with red pepper houmous from a sw mag for tea and dinner will be beef salad. Syns will be a cheeky archers and sf lemonade this evening. think it’s 4 syns for 35 ml.
I've just been reading some old sw magazines for inspiration. If those folk can loose the amounts they’ve lost at all sorts of ages and physical abilities- I can loose 2 stone....1 stone 10 lb now 😀

I don't know if you're a member of Slimming World Recipes Ideas on Facebook but the dodgy moderators on there have used one of your ice cream photos as theirs, and now a woman called Randi Stanley has used this photo as her dinner. Just thought I'd let you know. I hope I don't come across as some weird stalker, I always read this thread but rarely post 

Someone has used this photo on the SlimmingEats Facebook also, I saw it and thought, “that’s Bubbs,” but not sure you are on that. If not, I am going to call it, why should someone take credit for your meal

No i am not on there, think i have been booted from the FB page now 🤣🤣🤣🤣
