🤣🤣🤣 Maman, i was annoyed and was weird all different people told me this morning!
I wonder if there is a spammer registering legitimately initially so they are accepted and then start nicking for use elsewhere. Luckily for you, people registered here are familiar with your photos so are able to spot them immediately if they appear elsewhere.
A smile costs little but creates much :)

Morning all.  A bit brighter this morning and not as windy either but still definitely breezy!  Another load of washing in the machine which should be ready to be hung out in about 10 minutes or so.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
    L - cheese salad sandwich - HEA/HEB; S; 1
    D - lamb chops, roast potatoes, roast veg, green veg - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; mayo instead of spread 1; may have a non alcoholic bailey's coffee 3.5

Randi Stanley has now changed it from your skewers photo to a spam photo selling a vegetable grater. They obviously just used your photo as click bait and to gain comments so as to look legit.

I can’t get over the cheek of folk using photos. They say imitation is the best from of flattery though. Your food always looks delicious Bubbs.
Dh made the chicken sharwarma yesterday and it was delicious from the May/June mag. We omitted the cayenne though as I’m not a hot spice fan. A few pomegranate kernels would finish it off nicely next time though.
    Today will be
Brunch - omelette with a left over new potato chopped and spinach, potato, spring onion, mushroom and peppers and cheese (hea) on top.Baked beans and bacon
Tea - at a relative’s house whom we share a bubble with. He’s cooking shepherd pie and veg. Not sure how many syns.....but he’s not heavy handed with oil and uses 5% meat. Out of my hands really but won’t be too bad.
Snacks - will probably be a biscuit or small slice of cake whilst out. Fruit.

Decided to have exactly the same lunch as yesterday as enjoyed it so much. 😋
    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk
    L - veggie omelette (P, S), ham(P), pickles (S)
    D - HB braised steak (P, S), SW roast potatoes (F), many veg (S)
    Syns - weekend wine 😁

I always count the gravy in HB recipe as free as a shared tsp of cornflour isn't worth bothering about. Often I have gravy left for the freezer too and use it for sausage and mash or similar. 😋

Didn't have the bailey's coffee this morning so saved 3.5 syns.  May have a couple of rum and ginger beers this evening though so 5 syns.  Might also have a mini mix choc coated lolly for another 6 syns so if I do that will be 14 syns for the day so still within syns.  At this rate I think I'll have to be "good" when I eat out on Wednesday if I'm to at least maintain!
