Good morning allThank you for the threads, this week and last.
It’s lovely to see you back, Natty. Take it easy, my love.
I think that I have been mia for a couple of days. I got a few jobs done yesterday - yet more allotment digging (one more session this week should see that plot done, then it is back to work on the other one!), bathroom cleaned, ensuite s&s and some baking. DD and I had a session in the kitchen, so there is bread, cookies and chocolate cake, but ingredients are running down. DH is in seventh heaven, and my jeans are straining at the waist. That, dear friends, is the sole reason why I have to dig an allotment 😉.
I am wfh all day today, but the wm is on, the dw has been emptied and the recycling is out for collection. Both our neighbours are just getting deliveries from Mr T - I am obviously missing a trick somewhere.
Anyway, I hope it is a beautiful blue sky where you are, and that you all have a lovely, safe day. X9 -
Good morning!
It's nearly 10:30 and I haven't moved yet! Well, I am dressed, had breakfast, checked bank accounts and spoken to DD2, but that's it.
The plan today is to try and lay the ground work for the greenhouse, so that can be put up at the weekend. I also need to retrieve some more slabs from the allotment. And I will try and do some of the kitchen from the list too.
Have a good day everyone!9 -

Thanks to Natty and Valli for the thread.I have been flying just not finding the time to read and post.Been out for a walk this morning with OH to the post office. Thanks for the list Natty.
I was MIA for the last few days but was busy gutting the master bedroom. Pulling furniure out etc and it was disgusting! Not anymore. I seem to have lost my motivation this morning so if anyone finds it can they send it back please. I need to do the list and would like to do most of the course work that I have left even though the deadline is the beginning of May.
Have a good week all xx11 -
I'm back in again, I have been reading along just not posting. I have a confession to make I have never cleaned my WM filter since I bought it in Oct 2014
However I decided as per the list today was the day, oh boy what a smell and how do you catch all the water that comes out? Its all sparkly now and I didn't flood the kitchen so i'm a happy bunny
I've got the dreaded freezer to defrost next, any tips to make it go quicker? I was going to try a de-icer spray are they any good?

That went pearshaped...
started the kitchen/dining room (am part way through cleaning windows) when I got a text from work and spent two hours trawling through some software, trying stuff out and problem solving.
Solved now so back to the kitchen.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Time for a quick cup of tea here. hat is something we are about to run out of, English tea bags. One of the very few things I still bring back or ask folks to bring is tea bags and Imperial Leather soap for OH to shave with. Two choices, use loose Indian tea that OH was given last time he went there which should be good but messy or pay very very high price for box of **Tips in the supermarket.
Not done much more flying today but have nearly finished 12 more masks, just got the final hems to do on the last 8.
Drive supermarket shop done for tomorrow morning, after I've been to docs to get repeat prescription then a few fresh bits from supermarket too and then drop 6 masks at a friend who has serious health issues. She distributes cards so I might ask if she has anything cute with cats I could have to send to DD2 to surprise her.
Still need to remake the bed but it won't take long as OH will help
Hugs to all Xx11 -
Afternoon all
I've been at the SA this morning with DS helping with the preparation of the food deliveries. Nipped in Mr Ts and managed to get some flour, had a nap, done some CPD as part of my wfh, washing on the line and that's about it.
Going to sort some tea out now.
Hugs to all

Lots of gardening done. Last bed weeded. Ground cleared for greenhouse, and 12 paving slabs laid. 3 more retrieved from the allotment, but not yet laid. We really need to put sand under them to bed them in properly, but nowhere has sand in stock! 😭 I might try BandM tomorrow, as I need some bits (chinese curry mix) anyway.
I am shattered now. I have had a shower & have been faffing on my phone. I am going to sort dinner, then collapse for the evening I think!10
