It was rejected because they are now desperate for money. See what happens with POPLA but it's best to get landowner cancellation2

It was a postal PCN, alleged 14 mins overstay of 3 hour maximum.Coupon-mad said:Was the original PCN a postal one, or a windscreen one?
What was the alleged contravention?
Driver was shopping at the fountains retail park the whole time, shopping and also had some lunch and had receipts to prove it which were provided to UKPC as evidence. Driver didn't see any signs and thinks the parking restrictions were recently introduced as they shop their regularly and were unaware that there were restrictions in place.1 -
You should check on Google Street View for signs in 2019, 2018, using the little date arrow in the top left image box.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Then give him a ring. Send him another email. Pester him. Don't take no as an answer. Ask him why he hasn't replied. Point out to him, as I'm sure you did in your email, that you, your family and friends will now be thinking twice about visiting their retail park now that you have found out that each visit comes with a £100 surcharge.ronnie1977 said:

These might help.
The entrance, note the image capture date of June 2019 in the bottom right. The entrance sign is partly hidden by the 30 sign behind the blue car.
A close up of the entrance sign ...
The first sign clearly showing the Ts and Cs, easily readable from a moving car ...
A typical clear and uncluttered sign in the car park, clearly showing the 3 hour limit and charge for failure to abide by the Ts and Cs ...
