It always amazes me that most posters who come here can never find who the landowner is, yet the PPC staff have no problem in finding them. Funny that innit!
It doesn't amaze me, I would imagine for a lot of people its a pretty daunting thing to find out who, managers, CEO's, MP's are and then complain to them.
In this instance the landlord is a global investment fund, unsurprisingly they don't have a parking complaints department!
I couldn't find the contact details for the landowner, the car park seems to be owned by a separate company that is independent to any of the shops. Presumably this company employs UKPC to manage the car park. Its fountains retails park in Tunbridge Wells.
I stuck your words fountains retails park in Tunbridge Wells into google and the first hit returned was:
It shows that Legal & General Investment Management are the owners and Morgan Williams are the agents. You have to log in to get contact details, but nothing stopping you now.
I saw this site but only takes your through to their global websites, no clear information on who you would contact with a parking problem at an individual retail park.
Yes there is.
As I said, "You have to log in to get contact details".
I've just registered, and been shown:
Send Dan an email. Send him copies of your receipts. Tell him how disappointed you are and will have to reconsider ever visiting that retail park again given that each visit now comes with a £100 (or whatever sum it is) surcharge. Make sure you do not give away the driver's identity. Some of these landowners/agents have been known to pass on emails directly to the parking company. Use phrases like "we visited..." and "we parked...".
They don't need to have a dedicated parking complaints dept. They have responsibility for the actions of their agents UKPC and these great big companies usually do reply to 'nobodies' like us and are often very helpful.
Actually, thinking about it, regardless of being a global investment fund - they own a flipping car park (amongst other things)! If the bins are overflowing that's their responsibility .... it's just a company.

I don't have a complaints department either. But if I kicked in the side of Tesco's home delivery truck when parked on my drive, I can't imagine that would stop them writing to me to complain.
