UKPC letter following appeal

Anyway I have received a letter asking asking me to disclose the identity of the Driver within 7 days from the date of the letter to enable them to consider my appeal. See attached.
I am presuming that this is a trap, and I should definitely not disclose this information, however would anyone be able to advise me on how I respond? Or indeed if I have to respond at all?
Thanks

UKPC are fraudster, read this
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/11858473/Parking-firm-UKPC-admits-faking-tickets-to-fine-drivers.htmlNine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully, when life gets back to normal, it will become impossible for those scammers who are left to continue their vile trade, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

I couldn't find the contact details for the landowner, the car park seems to be owned by a separate company that is independent to any of the shops. Presumably this company employs UKPC to manage the car park.

It shows that Legal & General Investment Management are the owners and Morgan Williams are the agents. You have to log in to get contact details, but nothing stopping you now.

They must listen to your appeal which they will reject. Then they have to give you a code for POPLA for the second appeal. Come back after that.
As long as you know that UKPC are not the most intelligent of parking companies
Find out the landowner of the retail park and ask them to cancel it

Have you complained to your MP yet about this unregulated scam?

It always amazes me that most posters who come here can never find who the landowner is, yet the PPC staff have no problem in finding them. Funny that innit! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
