XSpender - I have separate budgets for bulk buys and alcohol so the Grocery budget is just for food, toiletries, paper goods etc and any meat bought with the weekly shop, although I buy most of my meat from the bulk buys budget at my local butchers. I find doing it this way helps keep the budget a bit lower, although I still think our grocery budget is quite high for just 2 of us.

June may be a bit better as my son is going back to school on 1st June so will get school lunches and keep out of my cupboards and fridge a bit more, fingers crossed anyway 🙃Grocery challenge SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86[/COLOUR]:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 ? I think a lot of people have found they are spending far more with their children at home. As you say June ought to be better assuming that the schools do reopen next month, although there seems to be a lot of the teachers' unions against it.
