Today I finally got round to opening the bank account I periodically mention, frustrated with myself for delaying, I kept thinking it would be confusing and difficult. It took less than 5 minutes. I have an existing account with the organisation so I had access to online banking already, within half an hour I had this month's transfer in the new account and a standing order set up for future transfers. Typically I have spent more time and energy delaying this job than it actually took to do it, where is the head slap emoji when you need it.

We have spent most of the day relaxing
    Today 's highlights have been:
 2 loads of washing has blown dry in the sun
 did a picture quiz on WhatsApp with a group of friends, lots of laughter
 OH baked a batch of biscotti
 I prepared and froze ingredients for future meals
    Updated the freezer inventory
 rearranged the meal plan as we didn't fancy tonight's planned meal, nothing will go to waste as we made the decision early enough in the day, that we hadn't defrosted the meat

Today I came to the realisation that if I withdrew from life (cooking/cleaning/shopping/teaching etc) for 12 weeks I still wouldn't have enough time to read all the books I have around the house waiting to be read, nor watch all the films and tv series I wish to watch nor do the crafts nor the cooking/kitchen experimenting that appeals, hey ho.

How did it get to be Sunday evening? I really wish it was the beginning of the weekend I have so much I would like to do.
