Haven't read it all. But make sure you customise everything so that it thoroughly relates to your case. For example, the point above is specific to that car park and important so you may wish to enlarge upon it. And also to embed a photo showing the odd positioning of signage. If the signs are concentrated in one corner, then they're not 'sporadically placed' so leave those 2 words out and emphasise that they're all in one corner and reference the photo that illustrates that. Ideally you'd have a photo of that signage-free entrance too and make more of that too, it's a big failing.Scrapit said:
Here, the signs are sporadically placed, indeed concentrated in one corner and not positioned at the entrance for motorists to read as they enter.5

They have sporadically placed the terms and conditions around the site yet the fees are in the corner. The previous owners (council) had a big sign that you could read as you entered and from the road before entering. I do have a photo of how the signs are positioned and can get one for the entrance to contrast against the previous signage.MistyZ said:

Add this, it's a good point, and see if you can find a pic of it on GoogleStreetView by changing the date with the little arrow in the top left box:The previous owners (council) had a big sign that you could read as you entered and from the road before entering.PRIVATE 'PCN'? is the grace period something to flag up? the car was parked for less than 26 minutes?0

and ive read this in other posts:
Point out that there is no compliant 'P' entrance sign (specifically quoting from the BPA CoP appendix about MANDATORY ENTRANCE SIGNS). I saw you mentioned the entrance but didn't see mention of the lack of 'P' sign, telling people that the site is 'managed' by a BPA member. It's mandatory.
 Can we elaborate please?0
-
Why do you need elaboration? If there is no entrance sign, stating it is managed, then it is a point to include.1
-

ironically, thanks for elaborating. however in this case i have eluded to that fact with evidence of the previous operators signage, I don't think this makes any further ammunition for my appeal. i do think i need to include a photo of the entrance as is though.nosferatu1001 said:Why do you need elaboration? Why do you need to show a picture of the entrance? how does it help? If for example the current operator has entrace signage and the previous didnt, that could help you, surely?1

no, that wouldnt help. however the current operator doesnt have signage, the previous one did. the car was parked in accordance with the terms and conditions of the previous operator as it was assumed that these were still in use. the lack of siganage, for example a photo would reinforce that, would it not?1
