Just sent off my documents today as this is the only way. I refuse to give them extra money and then wait for a refund. Yes i think they could find a better way as they have to be originals and they could get lost. I get proof of posting just in case. Hopefully they have more people back to deal with things. Even before this it still took a while for them to process my cheque and to put it on the data base. First time it happened it was nearly 2wks.0
