Try a foodservice company. Some of these have bigger bags of flour, fresh yeast etc. Wellocks is doing click and collect to a growing list of pubs, as well as home delivery within 25 miles of all depots.

I'm sorry if I have lead everyone to believe I am an avid baker.   :o    No.  I'm definitely no Mary Berry.   :D   I live alone and am simply looking to replace my existing 1.5 kilo bag of flour which is now less than one quarter full.
The reason for my post was because I am surprised that some enterprising flour mill or supermarket has not bagged excess flour to go on the empty supermarket shelves.  Some Asda and Morrisons stores have been bagging flour and selling it to personal shoppers but not online.   I seem to remember reading somewhere that there is no shortage of flour - it's just in large sacks in mills as cafes/restaurants/canteens etc are not taking it at present.

That's correct - normally, only about 4% of flour in the UK is sold through retail.  At the moment the demand is vastly higher than that, and the capacity doesn't exist to pack that many small retail bags.
