Thanks and hello Daisy :) Friends that have also done Couch to 5k think I'm mad for doing it early mornings but it totally changes my mood for the whole day ahead. I find it a chore if I have to do it later in the day.

Yep, it's constantly on your mind if you don't do it first thing and will be so much cooler as the weather changes. I couldn't imagine doing it in the sunshine after work.

Today has been spent mainly on my cards - I have 2 local care homes who I am donating 60 cards to each for their residents to write to their loved ones as they are unable to visit them. The first batch have been delivered :)
Nothing much else has been achieved though, a bit of a lazy one here today.

Morning, thanks Beanie and SavingHolmes :)
Mr S has been dropped at work, I have had breakfast and am now ready to start the day. I'm going to do some housework bits and pieces this morning then take the dog for a walk later when it's warmed up a bit.
Spent £3.25 already today (some ham and a Lindt bunny for Mr S for Easter). Hopefully that's it for today though.
I did my 10,000 steps again yesterday, need to get moving now to get some in today.
I need to get something out the freezer for tonight's dinner, do another load of washing, mope the kitchen and conservatory floors, and then run around putting all sorts of things back where they belong as no-one else seems capable of doing that :)

Yep, its been quite a productive morning. I've deep-cleaned the kitchen - the microwave and toaster look almost brand new again now. The kickboards at the bottoms of the cupboards were filthy, the hob has been dismantled and scrubbed, the washing machine has been scrubbed and all the tiles have been properly cleaned. It finally looks nice again :)
Then I went for my walk with the dog, I have done just over 8,000 steps now so nearly there for today. Just had some lunch in the garden and might just chill for an hour or so now before i pick up Mr S.
