    You will need to offer to withdraw the POPLA appeal if PP agree to cancel the PCN.  You will have to get Savills to extract that promise.  Don't withdraw the POPLA appeal until you have that in writing.  PP won't cancel without your promising to drop POPLA, thus saving them a fee.

    Do that by email to Savills, now.

    Thanks all. I’ve been on their website and it still says to pay and there’s no mention of it being cancelled. 

    I’ve also sent an email to Savills as per CM’s advice. I’ll post the next update as soon as I have one.

    The PCN has been cancelled. 

    Just wanted to say a massive thanks to everyone who’s commented in the thread and to all the regular posters who’ve made this forum an absolute gold mine of information. You are the true heroes.

    Yes I did. Savills requested it be cancelled, Premier Park said if I cancelled the POPLA appeal, they would cancel the PCN, so I did and they did.  😁
