You will need to offer to withdraw the POPLA appeal if PP agree to cancel the PCN. You will have to get Savills to extract that promise. Don't withdraw the POPLA appeal until you have that in writing. PP won't cancel without your promising to drop POPLA, thus saving them a fee.
Do that by email to Savills, now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks all. I’ve been on their website and it still says to pay and there’s no mention of it being cancelled.I’ve also sent an email to Savills as per CM’s advice. I’ll post the next update as soon as I have one.Thanks again.1
