Just block him, get on with your new happy life.

Enjoy how the petrol refills itself, appreciate the little jobs done on your car, embrace the hugs / kisses, savour the romantic takeaway and other things you do.

  • He is doing it to my work mobile, off different numbers and witheld numbers. I'll speak to work next week ask them to change the number.

Its so sweet. He fixed all the niggling things on my car, even cleaned it, We sat in the garden and my drink wasn't even getting fully empty before there was another waiting, He even got me my favourite snacks and he has even got me an easter egg. Tonight we are doing take out on the patio. Tomorrow, he has said that he will get the outdoor tub ready and we can go in it, Its the only thing he has splurged out on and I have to admit I'm excited for it.

I feel I don't deserve ANY of this. I'm not used to it.

That's beginning to sound like harassment ...

I feel like it is too. I feel I can't go to the police as they would be too busy to deal with me.

I had a call last night and it was a "debt collector" my boyfriend took the phone, Asked what the debt was for, he asked for proof as no and calmly said no debt collector would call at 10pm off a mobile. I get a text off my ex saying he will send my boyfriend some pictures of me. It made me laugh not sure why but he said I should reply with "Sure go for it he is always wanting more photos of me."

My boyfriend said I should just ring the police.

You can lodge a harassment case with the police online. No need to call them or visit them.

Then after each call from your ex, lodge another harassment case online with the police.

Stand up for yourself, take control of the situation or forever live in fear.

Also, you said the calls are via your works phone? When you are not working, switch it off.

Retain voicemails / texts as evidence.

I am on call for my job.
I had a look online, Police said they'd get back in 48 hours.
  • He called again.
My boyfriend took the phone, listened and he rang the police, Said he can't stand him trying to control me and I escaped once.
Police said they'd log it and If possible to change the number. I rang my boss who said to just to ring EE. Who when they answered just did it.
  • Does he own his own place? It’s actually in his best interests not to let you contribute if so, so you have no claim in the property.
Not only does this post make me feel sick to my stomach, it's the kind of post that makes me think twice about getting into another relationship. I guess I have to trust that there are people out there who can appreciate kindness and not be judgemental to the point of paranoia.

I never would have thought about taking his house. I'm just using the resources and would like to contribute.
