Ask them why there is doubt.
Youve provided an "unforgeable" claim form THEY ISSUED ....
Thei unreasonable behaviour will be raised in court, where the DPO will be called as a witness to explain why they have doubts over your identity. You suggest they start working out their story now.

Ask him for copies of his driving licence and passport for the same reason , so you can identify him in court for example

I would definitely encourage all of you to report him to the ICO
  • Ask them why there is doubt.

The reason for doubt is because my email address is different to my actual name! Idiots.

Which is no cause for them to have doubts, as the ICO has told them.

I just asked him that. Let’s see what he says.

Reported him to ICO few days ago and attached all the emails.

Exactly! They only need enough information to identify me on their system and the court letter has more than enough information! Also, as everyone suggested there is no way to identify me as they do not have a picture of me

THeyre just stating they want an "unforgeable" doc. But theyre not even getting a certified copy - just a photo. WHich can obviously be forged.
Maybe provide a redacted copy of your DL - blank out photo and your DL number, etc, just leaving your address.

I would not let any PPC have even redacted copy of my driving licence.  They can go swivel.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have received my court claim form for a PCN I was supposedly given on 02/11/2017 by Observices Parking Consultancy (OPC)  I do not remember receiving a PCN or even follow up letters from them. My issue date is 01/04/2020 so I still have some time to file the acknowledgment.

I have checked their website and it’s so damn rubbish! I want to submit a SAR as I have no idea what they are talking about but they only have a enquires email on their website.

I searched the threads and the most recent thread was 2 years old so nothing useful there.

What are my next steps? If I send a SAR and they don’t reply by the time I have my court what is going to happen? I cannot defend myself against these scams if I don’t know what they are taking me to court for
Hi newbie202020, I have received my court claim from Observices Parking with the issue date of 31/03/2020. I have completed the AOS within the 14days period and now preparing my defence and would be much appreciated if you could provide some guidance on it. Also, could you please let me know which email address did you send the SAR to?
