‘If you have doubts about the identity of the person

By why should they have doubts in this case.  IMO, such doubts are unreasonable.

I don’t even know what to say anymore

When you think of something tell it to the judge and ask for unreasonable behaviour costs.

You must now make that formal complaint to the ICO. Copy all the correspondence to them.

You have gone beyond any measure of 'proportionality' in supplying what you already have.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I am making a formal complaint now. Looks like I have to write a defence without knowing anything about the PCN

Just use the template provided by Coupon-mad which covers most bases, especially where the PPC has added the unlawful £60 debt collection/contractual charge. The information gleaned from a SAR will be much more useful at the Witness Statement stage, ordinarily a couple of months further down the track, but in the current situation it could be next year or longer - who knows? 🤷‍♂️

Nearly everyone with a court claim for a parking invoice has that issue

Hence why you use the template defence by coupon mad

Thank you for all the comments. Looks like it is harder to create an email with my name than it is to come to my house and take a picture of a court document. LOL
Are you on the correct thread here fella?
