It costs quite a lot I’m sorry to say. You can try to narrow it down to the section you are most interested in. I obtained the judge’s summing up which was about 14 minutes in a 90 minute hearing and paid £120. It was worth it to me (for the perjury element).2

Thanks Beamer Guy,
WE tried for an adjournment, but the DJ insisted that the case would still go to telephone hearing despite my objection citing a disadvantage. I also had to leave my home to attend my parents adress (NO phone signal at my address) and my mother acted as lay rep (at a social distance)
Court was Port Talbot County Court - DJ Keller.
How do I initiate a complaint - is it direct contact with the courts?3 -

Are you sure, we are talking about very recent recordings of telephone hearings, I suspect that they may be free. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.3 -

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Beamer Guy - Thanks for this info.
Tried to contact the court, but they are too busy to take calls - advised to call back later.
As far as my complaint is concerned, do I just say that I feel I have had an unfair hearing , and let them listen for themselves, OR do I need to go into detail as to why I feel I've been treated unfairly?
Your comment about the information available to support my case - are you referring to the landowners agreement which nobody has had signt off, or that DJ had not familiarised himself with the stated cases I had referenced in my WS?
Sorry to be ignorant - 1st timer , feeling deflated!
Would it be better to have an audio of the hearing before I put pen to paper?1 -

Have you not googled this.?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
two fold
The C was not required to prove they had authority to issue claims, despite this being explicitly raised in your defence. The Cs rep stated that they would have brought it into court, if there were a hearing, thus admitting they intended to ambush the Defendant, a breach of the CPRs and the Courts Order of X date (hearing) setting out the reuqirement to submit ALL documents to the court
Secondly, that the Judge had not read the WS and familiarsied with teh cases.
You will not get the audio. You will not. You wil get a transcript.4
