Have been having a dig around over the weekend and have come accross a newspaper article ( ok, I know it's the Express) of a QC offering pro bono work for people victimised by these PCC's. It may be worth reaching out before I make the decision of whether to appeal.

I accessed the Landowners details from the Land Registry on line for £3.00 for the specific car park location in SA1 and the agreement that they have given as evidence is not with the actual Landowner who appears to be the Welsh Assembly. Also the name shown on the copy of the agreement, which is a copy of the same standard agreement that they send into the DVLA when they make applications for Keepers details, does not match exactly, the name on their Witness Statement.
