Snakes_Belly said:Too much time is spent on trying to extract information from the poster especially what the actual transgression is, the car park, the PPC and where they are in the process.
There are posters actually talking about counterclaims before they have given any consideration to how they will argue the case.
I've read through this whole thread and feel alot of these posts apply to myself, whether aimed or not.
I think I understand the frustration.
For you guys helping there's a constant barrage to deal with. For someone like myself though, it's just one case, one issue, so asking that random question doesn't seem like such a big thing.
I'm sure everyone on here greatly appreciates all the help and advice you give, I know I certainly do. ( not keen on the sarcasm if I'm honest).
I assume that I'm in the same boat as most people who come looking for help, no legal training, no understanding of courts etc, daunted and confused by the mass of information required, and also a life to get on with as we all do.
Ultimately, I feel we are all after the same goal, fighting for what's right and not being bullied by the big boys.9 -

You really need to drill down to the main issues. Take what they are saying you have done (the transgression) and look to how you can argue this.
The transgressions involve a breach of contract. The contract is formed by the signage. You will need to demonstrate that the signage is inadequate (it probably is inadequate). Is the signage Excel or VCS?
There is also the abuse of process issue and if you have letters from DRP and Zenith that should be very easy to prove as they work on a no collection, no fee basis. They cannot argue that one as there is proof of this.
There are also issues with the landowner contract. Sounds like an Excel contract but a claim from VCS. Separate entities.

Further to the above. I am not saying that you should not counterclaim at some stage. You could also be granted costs for unreasonable behaviour but you need to work on the case first.

All posters on here are equal. Any one ignorant to that is the problem. Sadly not many here see it that way but it will get through to them eventually....possibly.0

All posters on here are equal.
In what way, education, talent, wealth, ambition, class? please amplify,
any one ignorant to that is the problem.
What does that mean?

All.
Posters.
Are.
Equal.
All of them.
Really not that hard to comprehend, or shouldn't be.
People that don't understand that are the problem, some of which are long established posters.1 -
