We seem to be getting far fewer new posts, which is good, and a few more discontinuations, which is also good.
However, far more posts are getting longer and longer, many over 10 pages. Is this because the corona virus and lockdown has made court processes more complicated and the less astute are struggling to understand them, or that they are ill explained and/or badly wrtitten?
Or could it be that the illuminati have more time on their hands? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -

While some of you have the patience of a Saint, I have not, and being unable to knock off so much stuff on my bucket list, (visit the Spa at Marienbad, see the Iron Gates,, climb the staircase at Melk Abbey,), before I kick it, I am not tolerating fools as gladly perhaps as I should. What do others think?.0 -
I've noticed a few more what i call de-railers thst is those who come in to pick scrappy fights, question advice and generally send a topic off course with needless arguments thta are of no help to the original posters. The new forum design is also far from helpful, and makes it much harder to post and follow posts, the quote function also doenst appear to work properly for instanceFrom the Plain Language Commission:

There are also more discontinuations, probably due to the many court rulings on abuse of process.
As for there being an increasing level of stupidity, and inability to follow simple instructions by some new posters, you only have to look at the contestants on most TV quiz shows to see how the abolition of Grammar Schools, and the absence of Latin lessons from the curriculum, has dumbed down the great unwashed.,
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.7 -

how the abolition of Grammar Schools, and the absence of Latin lessons from the curriculum, has dumbed down the great unwashed.,Absque labore nihil. Nil satis, nisi optimum (and no, I'm not an Everton fan!). 👨🎓Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
