We seem to be getting far fewer new posts, which is good, and a few more discontinuations, which is also good.

However, far more posts are getting longer and longer, many over 10 pages.  Is this because the corona virus and lockdown has made court processes more complicated and the less astute are struggling to understand them, or that they are ill explained and/or badly wrtitten?

Or could it be that the illuminati have more time on their hands?

... or has anyone else noticed a more agrressive tone in some posts?  Also, are questions getting stupider, people failing to do even basic research, asking daft questions?

While some of you have the patience of a Saint, I have not,  and being unable to knock off  so much stuff on my bucket list, (visit the Spa at Marienbad, see the Iron Gates,, climb the staircase at Melk Abbey,),  before I kick it,  I am not tolerating fools as gladly perhaps as I should.  What do others think?.
Its always been that way across the whole forum. One post wonders chipping in to belittle, pedants posting nonsense that adds no value, snide comments, spelling corrections that really dont matter etc. Not just this page but the whole forum. Its very entertaining. On occasions there is some really useful stuff though.

Of course my Latin 'O'-Level has been fundamental in my achieving what I have in life. Unless it's important for me to be able to quote bits of Virgil's Aeneid at you :)

That's because there are far fewer PCNs being issued, due to vastly reduced car and car park usage during the lockdown. One PPC I know of has cash flow problems, and has been bailed out by selling a lot of their shares to a Venture Capital fund.

There are also more discontinuations, probably due to the many court rulings on abuse of process.

Venture Capital .????   they will want their pound of flesh ?

Discontinuations ..... they have yet to work that out ?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

you only have to look at the contestants on most TV quiz shows to see how the abolition of Grammar Schools, and the absence of Latin lessons from the curriculum, has dumbed down the great unwashed.,

Not to mention the snatching of free milk by St. Margaret.
