For special occasions, I've made indian-spiced roast chicken with a dried fruit and rice stuffing - I think the original recipe was from a T3sco magazine - a surprisingly nice contrast of spice and sweetness.4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! I make the peach and chickpea curry a lot, yes it is tinned peaches there is also a black bean and tinned peach dish which is really good. I have a really good recipe by Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall that uses tinned pineapple with spicy sweet potato and red peppers. I am making veggie sausage stew tonight with roast potatoes and veg.DMP 2021-2024: £30,668 £0 🥳

Yes joedenise it’s Jack M. I have three of the cookbooks. I make that one a lot. Only had a small tin of peaches and added a handful of just cooked kale and one of spinach. Also I had no fresh coriander so added lots of basil. Not usually what you’d put in a curry 😂.Love sausage stew Natlie. You can add anything to it. I had Linda MCartney Lincolnshire sausages for my Sunday morning treat and they are 70% pea protein. They were lovely.Today is another portion of curry for me and DH has Spanish chicken from the freezer.7

I like the Linda McCartney Rosemary and Red Onion sausages. I use them in a few ways - to make scotch eggs instead of pork sausage meat; halved and rolled into balls as stuffing with a roast as well as just as they are.

Can anyone recommed a simple recipe for making my own sweet chilli sauce, especially if it can be done on a small scale? I always begrudge paying for a bottle of it as I don't normally use it very much. I am having a few meals based on wraps this week but as I am not a fan of most of the things others use for moisture on them I thought about this instead.I have some sort of meal plan for the next 5 days so hopefully everything will work out ok.Today's lunch depends on what I find when I go shopping, dinner is a mince and pea pie from the freezer with potatoes and veg.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Perhaps buy a bottle then put unused sauce in ice cube tray & freeze. You could then use amount required when you are next in a mood for chilli flavoured food.Be Kind. Stay Safe. Break the Chain. Save Lives. ⭐️2025 Savings Pot Challenge: As a monthly amount, running total = £379.00
