Thanks for help. That is annoying as if I move homes etc they can just give me ccj ruin my credit makes me just want to pay
That's not true - they can't just ruin your credit if you are proactive. It's easy to stop that possibility.

You simply email their DPO your new address whe  you move...this is easy.  Whe you move you have to update things like your driving licance and (separately) the V5C registration address, so count this as a third layer of updates that relate to your car.

And back in the day, EVERYONE got mail redirection when we moved, for about 6 months at least!

    Hi
I actually received a letter from my MP. They say they could be willing to make representation on my behalf where there is clear evidence to suggest wrongfully fine or G24 is a rogue operator is a rogue operator and acted unlawfully. I am going to follow this up I really want to see what can be done about this company set an example where possible. Was wondering what kind of things what I be looking for or any links where mp intervened been successful can not see anything on forum. Thanks

Did he/she use the word "could"?  Refer them to the debates last year over Sir Greg Knight's Private Members' Bill on this matter.

Quote from Hansard, the debates in Parliament in Feb, July and November 2018 that led to the new Act.

Hi, All. As the gym is finally open spoke to the manager them. He says a few people have had this and as long as can prove I am a member they should cancel. The thing is they have sent this to debt collections so is it best to go back still to G24, I didnt even recieve a response from my appeal so should I contact them directly if needed will get everlast to do on my behalf and will go back to my MP
