It's fine. We want you to read and learn what we know.  This is why we don't care that they want £160.  We want you to know that too.

@OP -  "Bit worried my penalty charge is now at 160 x2 from early payment of 60 x 2."

You have used the words "fine" and "penalty" in this discussion  -  they are only "speculative invoices".

It is not a penalty, it is an invoice from an ex scammer.  If you do not understand the process, (alleged breach of contract), please read the newbies and/ror research the matter on the internet.  Also read thee abuse of process thread.   Have you complained to your MP?  .

    Hi,
So at present just recieving debt collectors letters. I appealed original fine never heard anything, should I contact G24. The amount has gone up but should I only use the defence template when it goes to court, right now just ignore. Thanks

The only response G24 would give to any appeal would be a rejection - so you're missing nothing. There's no place to go with an IPC AOS operator until/unless it gets to court.

You only use the Defence template if it gets to court, it has no use for corresponding with a PPC outside of the court process. Ignore debt collector letters, then see what, if anything, G24 do. They have issued very, very few claims, but they do have 6 years to pursue through the county court.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Nobody can just give you a CCJ. There is a whole legal process they have to follow.

If you move home you should: -
    Set up mail redirect.
Instruct the DPO of the scammers to erase your old data and update it with your new address for service.

Complain to the IPC that you appealed the two PCNs but never got a response.
I married my cousin. I had to...
