    No template.

Why not just follow up and show your MP a link to the Parliamentary discussion from this Monday evening, that we hope you read in the 'Private Parking (Code of Practice)' thread, when you read the new posts made this week?  Bergkamp linked it yesterday in that thread.  Read what the MPs said and forward it to your MP and say how disappointed you are that it seems to be a constituency lottery as to whether MP offices are proactive and support local people against rogue parking firms, or not.

Bit worried my penalty charge is now at 160 x2 from early payment of 60 x 2. I can not contact everlast gym to corona to cancel and no idea when they will reopen by then this company could have taken me to court. Anything else can do. Many thanks

You do know they can't have £160 per PCN?

Have you read the template defence thread pinned to the top of this forum? Nothing to worry about.

Why can't you contact the gym?

Have you tried the manager's email? His email address is on their website, as is their telephone number.

You haven't read the template defence then if you don't know that this is an abuse of process and they CAN'T claim that sum.

I am NOT talking about the template APPEAL, I mean the other sticky, the template DEFENCE.

Who cares if it looks like they want £160.  By reading this forum, surely you know that is false, and why?  It is far from worrying.  It's normal for this scam.
