I'd contact the two other people and tell them that you now have their personal details courtesy of VCS.  Suggest that they seriously consider making a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office. Potentially a major breach of DPA/GDPR regulations.

check the metadata on the two jpeg images ... right click  ... properties ... details ...

should show if the image has been altered.

Attach both versions to an email to the court and (copy in VCS as well) state you are alarmed that VCS has unilaterally altered your evidence as part of the supposed 'agreed bundle' and you object to this and attach both versions so the Judge can see that VCS has altered your evidence.  If the Claimant wishes to object then they have to do that at the hearing, not change a consumer's exhibits by removing arrows, etc.

I have just noticed that the first and third images from the contract you posted previously (August the 10th) show different areas highlighted in red. The third one covers a larger area than the first, so one of them is false or out of date.

I did email the court regarding the dirty play by vcs, but haven’t heard back as of yet... Should I expect to hear before the hearing?

They have got form when it comes down to altering evidence. They did this in the Ambler case. Fortunately it was picked up by the lay rep for the defendant.  Excel/VCS appealed against the district judge's ruling but the appeal was refused by the higher judge

You'll have to wait. 

If the judge has seen this, which you don't know either way, it could be they
- don't care -unlikely but possible
or
- want to eviscerate VCS in court.

Bear in mind if they attest to the submission;being a true copy of what you sent them, in court, it's very, bear much more serious for them.

You could email the court with a copy of the Ambler appeal to show that it's not the first time that the PPC has altered evidence. They have form and this will substantiate your concerns about the tampering with your evidence by the PPC. 

The District Judge's decision was upheld by a HHJ so may have some influence.
