You haven't mentioned the stuff about the WS quoting out of context on the case of Vine, as posted yesterday. This should be (hopefully) easy to find on the forum, with wording already written to suit, by searching Roch Vine respondent's or Roch Vine won. It's been discussed to death on every VCS case for a couple of years!
I'd append some of the Glassdoor and other reviews that say the company uses underhand tactics (even though it's hearsay) if you attach a pdf with URL links and quotes from maybe 4 or 5 pf them, it shows an interesting pattern.
Add a paragraph something like:
Whilst I was stopped in the queue and unable to move the car (not pulled over, not parked and with the engine running) my relative saw the car and hopped in. This was not a case of conduct by me as the driver. I was not wilfully parking in a no-stopping zone - this was neither a case of parking nor part of the enforcement area (the main road). If every driver stuck in a queue like this gets a predatory parking charge at locations where this Claimant's operatives are apparently pressured to issue unfair parking charges, no wonder their Trustpilot reviews re diabolical and no wonder the Government has stepped in with a new Act to rein in the worst rogue practices. In my view, my case demonstrates exactly the sort of 'concealed pitfall or trap' referred to in the Beavis case by the Supreme Court Judges as exactly the type of predatory ticketing that would be an unenforceable penalty.

C-m, it was an occupant of the car who got out to see what the holdup was, not the relative arriving by 'plane, but this needs to be explained to ensure the judge does not interpret the actions of the person in the image as you have done.
From an earlier post by the OP, "It is the honest truth that no one exited the vehicle for any purpose other than looking to see what the holdup was..."
However, even if someone getting out of a car for that reason is not permitted, the plan showing where the scammers are contracted to scam does not cover where the car was stopped, which is the car park entrance off the main approach road through the airport.I married my cousin. Ah OK, I thought it was the arriving passenger, so change to:Whilst I was stopped in the queue and unable to move the car (not pulled over, not parked and with the engine running) one of my passengers opened the back door to look to see what was causing the hold-up. That is all the Claimant's ticketer has captured - my car held up by traffic! I was not wilfully parking in a no-stopping zone - this was neither a case of parking nor part of the enforcement area (the main road). If every driver stuck in a queue like this gets a predatory parking charge at locations where this Claimant's operatives are apparently pressured (ref Exhibit xx - multiple Glassdoor employees' reports of the Claimant's toxic environment) to issue unfair parking charges, no wonder their Trustpilot reviews re diabolical and no wonder the Government has stepped in with a new Act to rein in the worst rogue practices. In my view, my case demonstrates exactly the sort of 'concealed pitfall or trap' referred to in the Beavis case by the Supreme Court Judges as exactly the type of predatory ticketing that would be an unenforceable penalty.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thanks for the replies all.
I have now added the bit about the vine case. I came across another post where it was suggested that google-ing this site for vcs vine yielded better results than the forum search, and I found this to be true.
I must apologise also, my intention was not to deceive, I think I just got caught up in not wanting these scammers to get a penny. Coupon Mad was correct with the first assumptions that my partner saw the car and jumped in. I have adjusted the WS accordingly. Either way, their witness statement is false that anyone exited the vehicle.
I have now signed up for glassdoor so can see their reviews. I already have some reviews included in my correspondence with Bristol airport, so will make reference to those along with the glassdoor and indeed additions. There are some in particular where VCS have replied to reviews with snarky comments like "we look forward to laughing you out of court". Disgraceful scammer, makes me so mad they can get away with this.

Someone should send them a sabre to rattle. So childish and unprofessional.

It's in the public domain. I used some newspaper articles about Excel being thrown off a car park due to complaints from motorists. The rep said that she was going to ask for them to be disregarded. I said that I would object. That hearing was rescheduled and it never came up at the next hearing.
Just be prepared that the rep might kick off but by that time the judge will have read the bundle.

I cannot quite believe this, but it appears VCS are attempting to obscure parts from my evidence bundle.
I sent it all off on Saturday to them AND the court as per the order, and another email to vcs with the bits I needed in the joint bundle. I'll attach some screen shots below with my original documents on the left, and what they sent to me and the court today, on the right...
I could maybe understand a dodgy photocopy here and there, but how are they going to explain the blue cover and the arrow being removed?
Any opinions on how to handle this or respond would be most welcomed!1 -
I should also add, that this was Yasmeen's second attempt at sending this today... She mistakenly attached two different notices of discontinuance for two separate cases as part of one pdf, with two other peoples names, addresses, claim numbers etc!
That must be a serious breach of something? Couldn't make it up.3
