Weekend Willi is in the building ...cue Also sprach Zarathustra music ….(and if you are not an Elvis fan you won't understand that reference at all lol)
Slow start to the day as I've woken up late after a fitful night and feel a bit groggy round the edges. I hereby declare today is a 'be gentle with yourself - you've got all week day' (Did I mention that I've got ten days off?)
Baby steps are called for, so

PS I'm feeling a bit giddy (daft giddy not dizzy giddy) - much like an elastic band must feel after it has been pulled tight, twanged, and then gone all floppy.

Ok - I am, dressed and breakfasted. 1 load in WM. DS came into my room and said 'are you getting dressed today?' & laughed! It is a phrase I frequently say to him - usually at 2pm at the weekend 😂 He was dressed before 9 today!!
Round 1
Fill a trug
Hang out washing
Get stuff (tea, snacks, seeds, gloves, etc.) ready for allotment trip
The kids can walk the dog today - I plan on making the most of the weather! It will give them a break from d!sney+ & dancemoms!
There is an online campaign around here with the hashtag #don'tvisitSouthend - strange times!!
I hope all the poorlies are feeling a bit better this morning7 -
Pigpen - I know...how did they get this old!! Strange having them both back from Uni for so long but I actually quite like them as human beings so i'm glad they're here
Roundtuit - hope you and your DS are ok.
Fayolle - I think it's wine time 24/7 at the moment!
Roundtuit - just read further and saw that you're now off - brilliant news!!
Some how yesterday just disappeared and I didn't post. Didn't keep to list but spend a couple of hours tidying up. DS is doing training sessions every other day for DD and me. Wow! I think he broke me...everything hurts today!
Also watched One Man, Two Guvners last night. National Theatre Live are putting plays up on You Tube every Thursday and they stay up for a week. I saw this play a few years ago so it was fab to see it again. Definitely worth a watch.
Quiet day here though I need to phone some neighbours and my mum to get shopping orders in. I managed to get a supermarket shop for Tuesday so I'm sharing it with a few people. Need to declutter some stuff today to.
Enjoy your Saturday x

Hi all x
Last night's sleep was not good.
So far I've decluttered porridge and that's been it.
I'm going to get the ironing board out now see if I can muster some guag!I'm not a muggle...I'm just magically challenged9 -
Boog bloods almost back to normal.. he is still holding a temperature but it isn't silly high and so long as the bloods are under control a temperature I can handle. That was so very nearly a hospital jobby.. be about right though.. he has never had a hosital admission since his diagnosis 9 years ago (They usually have 3 in the first 12 months!) and now would be a perfect time for his first.. The Law of Sod dictates!! Crisis narrowly avoided... and it was 4am before I go to bed so OH is still knocking out the Zzzzzzzzzzzz's
Having a cuppa and hanging out washing.. and getting 2 more lots in.
I have a really stiff neck and my back and hip are killing me.. so I need to drug those and report the neighbours for flytipping for the third time in a week.
