I've also booked to travel with LoveHolidays but only booked the hotel with them. I haven't heard anything apart from the fact that the booking is cancelled.0

We're due to fly to Budapest tomorrow with Loveholidays, I've now vowed I'll never use them again.
It's been a nightmare getting hold of them. I eventually managed an online chat and was told I'll only get my flights refunded. The rest will be a credit note which is only ATOL protected till the end of July.
I have no faith in getting any of this as they've never emailed me once. Terrible, terrible service.Grippy is my middle name!0 -
Have you gone into your booking details? I've been on chat with them this morning and now I have a "Holiday options" link which tells me that I have a credit of £1800 which has an expiry date of 1 year.0

Hi, l was booked to go to spain on the 13th april. Ryanair cancelled my flights and l have filled in my refund online form. I contacted loveholidays to cancel my accommodation and asked for a refund, and they will only either rebook or issue vouchers. Before coronavirus my cancellation date was the.9/4/20 for a full refund. What are my rights regarding having a full cash refund?
Thanks in advance
Sarah

I am not a lawyer, nor an expert in Consumer issues. I would be looking for a full refund, and you may need to work for it.0

Has anyone had any luck with travel insurance in light of credit notes being issued?0

Once this date passes, you can request a cash refund. If you paid by credit card then check with your card provider as you may be able to get a refund from them under section 75. Just to add, I’ve also had an ‘options’ email from them and their t&c’s state if the airline refunds them in cash they’ll pass it on to the customer.0 -

Loveholidays cancellation policy provider ( Roomflex) have withdrawn their services meaning you cannot cancel a holiday that will not happen this year. The Manage My Booking chat room seem to be unaware of this and are encouraging you to cancel holiday and loose everything!!. DO NOT BOOK HOLIDAY WITH LOVEHOLIDAYS!0
