Coupon-mad said:Not to me, but I have sent a pm to see more info about the CCJs.
NO-ONE on the 'Credit Ratings' board should be telling anyone to pay a private parking CCJ off to satisfy it, and take the hit on their credit rating even though the claims were filed to an old address.
The advice there was diabolical from almost every person who replied.1 -
Hello everyone,
Firstly I would like to Thank everyone on this forum regardless of view points for your contributions to the community.
Some of you may already be familiar with my previous post and sadly it was removed, so I am creating an extension of that moving forward.
So my situation for those that do not know is currently I have ccjs on my name, I only found this out at the weekend when I did an Equifax credit score check.
I called Northampton business centre today and obtained more info through the case numbers of each
Now what I have done is emailed the above car parks for a SAR and depending how long this will take hopefully I can plan my next move, these carparks were a mix between normal drive in carparks and pay and display where I would visit my grandparent in her carehome.
I had not received any letters or paperwork so hopefully when I receive the SAR request I can unravel more. The logbook even states this is not proof of ownership, so Im also angry how the DVLA has given these companies my full name. But that is another matter.
Thank You Everyone,

Thank you for posting a new thread, as I suggested by pm.
The first thread went astray due to wrong advice on another board then when it was moved here, it was removed due to some posts, not sure why.
I hope we can all help this OP to get these set aside.
I know that you have now changed your V5C address and you are getting a SAR from all the PPCs, and from Gladstones who will have filed the UKCPM claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

IIRC, you received a great deal of advice on your previous thread, I hope you can remember some of it. You said,

I hope that you mean that you emailed car parking companies. You are in a situation where attention to every minute detail is important, thus, you should stop calling them fines, you get fined when to mug OAPs.
I hope that you sort this out, but, imo, you should only park in Council car parks in future. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.3 -
Contact the court and find out where the claim forms were sent and when they were issued. They might also email copies if you ask.4

NO. You cannot wait for their reply
You have, at most, 3 weeks to file your set aside applications.
AT. MOST. If you delay longer than that, you run the risk of not having acted promptly, which is a requirement placed on you.4 -

The northampton business center court send the claim forms to the old address and were issued 2-3 months before the ccj was put on my file. I asked them to email copies but so far not received anything. I have to call twice as you can only give 3 case numbers per call.
Parking event.
House move.
Date claim lodged.
For each one.3 -

As above
this info is in the newbies thread as well
it's impossible to believe at minimum 6 pieces of mail each failed to arrive - there claim forms and three notices of default. I'd suggest you get from the ccbc the precise address on the claim form. You also need to ensure the address on the v5 is exactly correct. This is crucial. You have to establish exactly why you did not get notification of the se claims.5
