I didn't give the exact links because they do sometimes change them: from what I remember, Credit Karma say they're free for life.

thsy can't. They're not allowed to. So, STOP WORRYING.Now don't use those. If you have a NEW ccj nothing will show for 30 days . Use TRUST ONLINE to get a true up to date list of any ccj. Now. Today. Don't wait.If you DO then you need to know WHY. My guess is that they filed a claim at an address from 5 years ago that you moved out of X years ago.1 -

After getting a dressing down from CM for my 'terrible' advice to this OP on their 'Credit file' thread I thought I would have a read of this thread and I'm still drawing the same conclusion A, its a troll or B, you've all got your work cut out guiding them through a potential set aside.
4 pages and no further...…..0 -
Look at their post on the credit rating page and it definately looks like a troll2

Not to me, but I have sent a pm to see more info about the CCJs.
NO-ONE on the 'Credit Ratings' board should be telling anyone to pay a private parking CCJ off to satisfy it, and take the hit on their credit rating even though the claims were filed to an old address.
The advice there was diabolical from almost every person who replied.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
