How do I prove I'm driving to work?

The Police are stepping up their approach in stopping cars, and asking the purpous of the journey, and have the power to fine you if its proven to be a non essential journey.
But I am concerned as I have to drive to work and home again all this weekend, but I got no evidence in terms of paperwork as to prove I am driving to work. Am I risk of being fined for going to work?
I have seen some care workers hang up their work clothes on the passengers window to try and prove where their going. I got nothing,  what do I do?

Do you need proof? If you do, then a significant amount of the population will be having the same problem so there’ll probably be an announcement soon of what evidence is accepted. But for now, I imagine people will just tell them they’re going to work, if they stop you. I think the Police presence is more as a deterrent. I can’t see them spending a great deal of time on getting proof with every driver.

You seem determined that you're not going to carry on working; first your asthma so you want to disagree with guidelines, and now this?
Think about the millions that would love to be working but can't.

Get the company to send an email or provide you with a document so if you are pulled over you can provide the evidence to them.

Last time I was out (Friday 20th) I was carrying my company ID and the e-mail confirming my appointment with LFB - not that anyone was challenging back then.
I need to think of something new here...

Of course I want to work, but I am fearful of what that means at the moment.
For example I cant even set foot in another person's house,  yet at work I'm working with 4 other guys. Having meal times together. Life seems to be carrying on like nothings going on at work. So naturally I'd rather stay home until its safe.
Plus there has been cases of people being fined here,  taking days out with the family cause their off work. So it was a genuine concern I had that I need to prove what my journey is. Not another excuse to try and wriggle out of going to work.
