    Hi All,
So I believe I think i have 9 with TRACE legal department and another 1 with BW Legal. I sent the email to BW legal the other day as advised.

I have recieved from Trace today for 3 of the PCN's, another letter wriging"

You have previously been written to requestiing settlement of a parking charge. this matter reimains outstnadin.
As all other attempts failed ro recover the charge, our client is now isntructed us to asses and prepare your case to take potential legal action again you in the County court. To prevent sucj action, you must pay the full amount outstanding with 14 days of the date of this letter.

How should I best proceed with Trace?
All Trace is/are are bloody stupid timewasting money bandits who want a share of the action WHICH YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE THEM..    I mean, how stupid are they to think they are going to prepare a case for action when it will get passed to BWLegal who prepare their own legal case made out of fabrications anyway.

IGNORE TRACE .... if they want money, let them get a real job, like picking fruit in the fields

Yup, that's nearly how it works, the middle man being the debt collector who belongs to the dozy brigade and always to be ignored.  Trace will pass them back to the PPC as FAILURES, and the PPC then instructs the legal

Bit like musical chairs, one gets knocked off ... that's Trace

Trace don't sue anyone so their letters are nothing to bother with, as long as NCP only have one (correct and current) address for you for all the PCNs (Trace haven't traced you to a new address?  If so, then the old one needs to be erased.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No, you need to make sure the PPC don't issue a random claim, then another, then another.

The only way to put these parasites out of business is to make them spend money which, I suspect, they do not have at present.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Dear Sirs,

Further to your letter dated xxx
As this matter will be going to court, I require clarification from you with regards to the added amounts you claim.
This clarification will be made available to the court.
Did your client NCP instruct you to add amounts, did Trace Recovery instruct you to add amounts or was it BWLegal who added these amounts. One of you added extra amounts and whoever did must explain on what legal authority was given to do so.  As you are fully aware, the added amounts are classed as abuse of process by the courts so it is very important the court knows who instructed them to be added.

I now await your letter of clarification

    Yours faithfully,
