    Hi All,
So today in the post was a Claim form from County court business centre - Northampton. This claim amount is for a total of £249.04. Now that I have the first claim against me in a court form can I now request for all them that are outstanding to be consolidated?
I presume as per the newbies thread is to follow the MCOL guide and also acknowledge and tick that I intend to defend all of the claim?

You can only ask for a consolidation of claims when they are all claims.  However, there is a duty on the claimant to bring ALL the claims at once rather than drip feeding them.  You can impress upon the PPC (providing it is the same one for all potential claims) that they have a duty to consolidate and save the court's time.  Search for a post by @Coupon-mad using the search term consolidate, where she gives good advice about how to go about this very thing.

    "How come?" - I don't understand.

    Anyway...

With a Claim Issue Date of 10th November, you have until Monday 30th November to file an Acknowledgment of Service. If possible, do not file an AoS before 14th November, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Monday 14th December 2020 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
