Help with PPS (London) ticket

I was hoping you could help me with a parking ticket please!
I received a PCN around 4 weeks ago from PPS (London) Ltd for parking in a disabled space in a petrol station forecourt. I did not have the badge on the dashboard. I was literally out of the car for two minutes, in that time they took a load of pictures of my car including the dashboard. I did not get a windscreen ticket - it came through the post to me, as the registered
I subsequently wrote an email appeal to the PCN using the very helpful advice provided on the Newbies thread (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou)
I then received an email stating the following:
"Please be advised that when a vehicle is parked in a private car park, the normal rule is that the DRIVER is responsible for paying the tariff fee (if any) for parking, for following the terms and conditions which apply, and for paying any parking charges.
Please note that within your appeal you did not nominate the driver at the time of the parking event and now you have a number of options:
If you wish to give the details about the driver (full name and current address for postal service) we will transfer the liability for the PCN.
If you refuse to give the driver' details, we will be able to pursue the registered keeper under Schedule 4 of the POFA act 2012.
If you are submitting this appeal on behalf of the driver, please include evidence from the driver to show that they have nominated you to appeal on their behalf."
To give an idea of timeframes, I sent my appeal email 9 days after the issue date of the PCN from their letter. They sent their response 7 days after I sent the appeal email.
I have not received a POPLA code or anything in the email. That is literally all they have said to me.
My interpretation of this is that they are clearly trying to get me to name the driver (which I did not do in the initial email appeal I sent to them).
Right now I am unsure what to do next.
What is the next best step? They haven't provided a POPLA code. They haven't given a timeframe for responding to their email.
Someone please help advice me - it is causing a lot of stress!
Thank you in advance!

you are correct , so sit on your hands and wait for a popla codestressing out wont help in these matters, sticking with the advice will , same as with covid19self isolate until you get a popla code or a cancellationwhat happened when you complained to the landowner ? (stage 1 of the appeal strategy , whereas your PPS appeal was stage 2 and you are awaiting stage 3 which is popla)2

Are we discussing Private Parking Solutions (London) Limited?
If so, then ignore that letter and wait patiently for your appeal rejection letter and a PoPLA Code.
You now need to be referring to the third post on the NEWBIES thread to discover how to write a winning PoPLA appeal.2 -
Thank you both of you, yes Keith I meant Private Parking Solutions (London) Limited.
Will await the response as you say....2 -

Thanks Keith.
This is probably a dumb question, but if it was a petrol station - with a supermarket attached to it, how do I go about complaining to the landowner? Giving the petrol station / supermarket a call? Writing to the head of the supermarket company?

yes, do anything and everything IN WRITING , no phone calls, usually emails preferably to the CEO, one of them knows who the landowner is, as do the local council regarding the non dometic business rates, plus the Land Registry if all else fails

Thanks again for your help and comments.
Just an update on this.
So I emailed the CEO of the supermarket, and got a very unhelpful reply along the lines of "follow it up directly with the parking company"....!
...and now, I have a "Reminder notice" from Private Parking (London) Ltd. The amount due is now £100....!
It seems that they have completely ignored my appeal (see my previous post), and I didn't get any POPLA code.
Do I just wait for time to pass and say that they did not provide a POPLA code in time? Is there a timeline within which they are supposed to provide it?
Thanks for your help

Private Parking (London) Ltd.No such company?
A bog standard template 'reminder notice' is obviously not the reply to your appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They have 35 days to respond from the date of your initial appeal with a POPLA code if they are rejecting the appeal. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
