Anyone got a refund from TravelTrolley or communication from them?

Travel Trolley should never have said there was an admin fee there wasn't
Back in April, I was telling people to claim a full refund as any fee wasn't in their T&Cs

A few days ago The Guardian picked up the very same issue, so now it's better known.

If you paid by card,  try and claim a cash refund that way,  saying  they  mislead into taking a voucher, and you have now refused the voucher and have raised a complaint with ABTA

Our flights are from london heathrow to islamabad on 25/06/2020 with PIA. 
Can i call them now to get refund or will i have to wait till after the 25th? It doesnt look like flights will be resumed by then

You have to wait till they are cancelled

Just been told my application for a refund was rejected due to them offering credit notes at the time so they have reapplied. Nobody notified me. This has been on going since April 28th. any advice?
Wait it out or look to take some kind of legal action or what? Feel like they are just delaying now.

Legal action will be a very, very slow road at the moment - Small Claims have essentially been on hold for months, and when they resume there'll be a massive backlog. I wouldn't expect any kind of progress on a claim lodged this summer until 2021.

Can someone advise me what to do then? My flight was cancelled just before April 28th. I contacted TT and they said they will apply for refund after I refused a cover note. Then the latest I have from them is that they are reapplying for my refund. What's best way to go about things?
Wait it out?
Try go through a charge back through my bank?
Anything else?
