Anyone got a refund from TravelTrolley or communication from them?

I booked a flight with Etihad to Australia and governments are not permitting travel there as they will shove me inside a glass tank and study me for the next 15 years.
Etihad's site says they will refund and cancel anyone who booked directly with them.
For others it states that you have to approach your travel agent.
But my travel agent booked directly also albeit at their lower prices and profit for them also as the agent.
So surely worst case should be that they get refunded but for the inconvenience and work they transfer you 85-90% of your flight you paid for?
Does this loophole for lack of protection need looking at in the Commons?

Yes. Please contact your travel agent to rebook your trip using Etihad Credit.

Travel Trolley in the UK. Not a random one. THey have had a lot of business through sky scanner.
However what are the current rights around an airline cancelling your flight?

Skyscanner will survey customers and rate the agent. Travel Trolley is 4.2 out of 5...but they also have agents as low as 1.3 out of 5 included so worth doing a little research.
The problem with many of the online ticket sellers is that to offer low cost flights they need low operating costs. Service is usually lacking and some have some eyewatering service fees.0 -
I receivd an email from them stating that vouchers would be issued by etihad in coming weeks,0

Travel trolley will only provide a refund for flights that we have booked if we accept a £75 per person deduction as an admin fee.Can this be correct? They will not provide any details in writing as they apparently do not have access to emails.0
