Well at least after sorting out the hundreds of of recipes I’ve cut out from magazines over the last 20 odd years I got round to making some of them.  The toffee apple steamed sponge pudding and proper custard made with eggs went down a storm with OH and he said “you can make that again”.  High praise indeed.
