Hoseasons cancelled my holiday. Refund?

People are struggling to get cash refunds from them instead of vouchers, so paying out isn't what they are known for.
You might find it hard getting any change from the vouchers as it's been used.

I believe hoseasons are one of the companies being looked at by the CMA inquiry

Hoseasons are now refunding.
if your date has passed you will get a refund, regardless of accepting a voucher - but you have to ring them. 
There is a facebook group called covid19 affected hoseasons.  Lots of reports of speedy refunds in the last few days.
The linked mse article is totally out of date now, it needs taking down.

Having Exactly the same issue with hoseasons. Holiday booked and paid for ...site closed. Hoseasons cancelled and just sent me a holiday voucher. One that i cannot use. 6 emails and no reply and call centre staff helpless yet polite. ..hold time at around an hour!!

The number has disappeared from the website ..how funny?! Now upon googling ...it's ringing engaged . All numbers ! I can't even get in to be on hold for hours? Any number ideal for refunds?
