    I wouldn't stand a chance in court.

Why not?  According to one of our most revered contributors, we win 99% of the cases on which we advise.  The 1% are probably down to over-refreshed judges.  New CPRs  come into force soon which may make life even more difficult for the scammers.

I repeat, do to really want to support the Mafia?

You have been asked more than once to confirm the name and address of the parking company

In your first posts you gave 2 different names , there are at least 3 with similar names

As a student you must be aware of how to provide concise facts in a way that others understand them , plus it's ridiculous to be asked for information and not provide it

Full and exact name and postcode of the parking company

Excuse me? I put the name of the car park in the original post. The bit in brackets is who controls the car park who I have been issued a charge.
This is it copied and pasted from the website:
    Premier Park Ltd
    The Peel Centre
    Lower Audley Street
    Blackburn
    BB1 1DG

I'm currently at the car park and I'm not sure I have a leg to stand on. There are signs literally everywhere. Even the entrance where the camera is that catches the reg plate. To which the photos of my car are on the notice letter.
The only difference I can find is the letter says 4 hours is the maximum stay but the signs say 5 hours (I stayed 5 hours 20mins)

I asked for the full name  , city and postcode of the parking company , not the place of the incident in blackburn

You also said it's Premier parking and Premier Park , with no city and no postcode (2 different names)

Is it Premier Park ltd of Exeter ? Or another premier park ?? Last chance because I am fed up of asking now and that's the third name you have given us

Poor signage is one appeal point , as can be grace periods , but grace periods won't cover 20 minutes nor 100 minutes

Since you know I have no idea about any of this could you calm down and cut me a bit of slack?
    http://www.premierpark.co.uk
    Premier Park Ltd.
    PO Box 624
    Exeter
    EX1 9JG
Apologies for me being confused with this 😩
Premier Park Ltd. & Premier Park (as it states on the letter) seem to be the same.
('parking' was a typo & I don't know every private parking company's names, I just used what the letter says)

I will but only if you read the questions and answer the actual  questions

Finally I now know which Premier Park you are dealing with , which we needed for any further advice

Follow the advice I gave you , in that order I gave you , if you are complaining and then appealing this PCN

The premier park ltd you have given us is a BPA member so Popla is the next stage in the process , long before debt collectors or court , popla is stage 3 of the process

    Thank you for your advice.
Just to clarify, even though this car park has signs everywhere now (literally on every post as can be seen on the photo attached) and at the entrance (where it didn't in the past), I'm still being advised to appeal via the keeper/driver arguement? (it seems they're following rules?)

    Thank you again.

You'd win at court with that then, if they suggest '4 hrs' on the PCN.
We win 99% of cases and no-one pays Premier Park.

But you have not even mentioned the first thing the NEWBIES thread tells everyone to do, every time, as PLAN A.  Tell us when you have done that - one email of complaint to the retail park management (Google for them).  It's easy and Plan A works.

The stores were busy with people stocking up.  The queues at the tills were long so why the HECK didn't the retail park tell PP to turn the cameras off?

Then as Plan B (after appealing to PP if the retail park do NOT cancel it first) there is POPLA, may as well do the appeal as per the NEWBIES thread.  No-one here will tell you to pay this.

Then only Plan C is defend in court, that costs you nothing and risks no CCJ or anything as long as you inform PP if you move address within 6 years and no ignoring eventual court deadlines at the time.  We do this every day.  People win - pretty much all the time - and it's enjoyable and would not impact on this academic year.  I go to court by choice, to help people, and it's exhilarating.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Many judges will think that those signs do not form a contract, read this

As above , thanks for the picture of a complicated sign and that the PCN period allowed doesn't match the signs

As coupon mad says , the first stage is the complaint to the retail park management , to get it cancelled at source , this is the best way to kill it , singer complaining , also check the timeframe and wording to see if they followed the law named POFA on your NTK

The Newbies thread gives you all this advice , so read it carefully
