Well I claimed for a refund early June , just received an email stating hotel has refunded and will be back in my account soon . Flight refund still ongoing .

I have now received a refund from LH for the hotel part but not the flight part yet which was through Ryanair.
LH state that I must contact Ryanair directly for a refund which will go to LH and then to me.
I requested a refund from Ryanair months ago but received an email from them for a voucher and if I wanted a cash refund to contact them. This was impossible to do until I just read a post on the board saying that you have to type " cash refund" into the Ryanair chatbot which will then allow you to request refund.
I have just done this. I now have to wait for them to pay out to LH and then for LH to pay me.1
