What Colour walls go nice with Brown/Chocolate colour Furniture?

    I think you have to look in the "heritage" type colours for that, modern colours are too bright and sometimes sugary in their pinks. Have you looked at the Farrow and Ball range

    french gray would go very nicely and perhaps a bit more subtle than duck egg blue?

  • We have brown leather suite.Oak floors Chocolate shaggy rug.Other furniture is oiled pine.I have painted walls in soft hazel with feature wall in cocoa.My curtains are an ivory colour cord.I also have natural colour shaggy cushions and 2 deep burgundy red ones.Red is also picked out in my african art work and massai ornaments.Everyone likes it.

    Magnolia (my whole flat is painted in it, I have no choice) so I have dark brown furniture and terracotta rugs - looks kinda smart.
