Just been in Sainsburys about an hour ago and was given a lovely bunch of tulips complete with a vase completely free as I was leaving. They had 2 ladies on the door with all the Mothers Day flowers and gifts they didn't sell yesterday and they were offering all customers leaving a choice to take any one of them.3

With people not listening about going out and the threat of a bigger lock down will people be worse at stockpiling as I just seen my neighbour with 13 bags of shopping for a family of 5.0

My personal thoughts are that people are stocking up either expecting shortages or a long self isolation period coupled with a belief that the government will be unable to arrange food delivery to individual homes.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
