if you read the feedback you could have seen they are not UK based.
however ebay should be clamping down on this as too many sellers do this

heres a great example of people who just dont know.

Just a letter that requires payment within 20 days . i bid on 25 nov, he had nearer 100% feedback then and yes when i delve further into this seller, you spot the telltale signs !!! But the facts are he stated item location as London !!!:rolleyes:

report it as item not recieved via paypal.
dont know how paypal would work this but im guessing in your favour

Thanks but i have allready contacted paypal with my dispute, stating item falsely advertised thats how he moved from £15 to £17, i know this is all a little trivial in the whole scheme of things but this seller has sold probably hundreds and by not paying excise duty made a small fortune !!!

YES there are lots of negs added scince the 25th nov, but the writing was on the wall. A wee bit more checking would have made you a bit more wary.

Thank you for that handy tool ,been a member for years and never come across that b4. Reading that, he looks like he shafted a lot of Germans earlier, dont know exactly what they are saying but it made me chuckle a little !!!!!
