UK Breakaways cancelled my holiday but won't refund

Hello,
I have just had a weekend away (for this weekend!) cancelled by our booking company, UK Breakaways.
They are not offering refunds but are instead offering vouchers or rebooking elsewhere in the year.
When I called to ask why I can't get a refund, they told me that they have been advised by ABTA not to offer any cash refunds.
The T&C's state that if they cancel my booking, they will return any monies paid by me or offer me a suitable alternative.
What are my rights here?

Why have they cancelled? If its why I suspect it is then there is a dedicated board for this.0

It might also help you you told us how you paid and the total cost?0

It was just over £200. And I paid by credit card so I know I can claim under section 75 but I want to try and get it back from the actual company. Yes, it is also to do with the virus. I couldn't find the dedicated board at first but I have now and have reposted on there but no one seems to want to reply so I guess I'll just have to go with what I have found on Google...0

If the booking conditions state you are entitled to a refund you should get it. However, you should be aware that ABTA have asked the Department of Business to change the law with immediate effect so refunds no longer have to be offered, only credit notes. Your alternative is to make a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act to your card issuer on the basis that there has been a breach of contract by UK Breakaways.0
