Temporary board for Covid-19 travel disruption discussions

Hi, can anyone help? My dad has booked a package holiday with love holidays to Egypt due to fly on then 19th. They have contacted him to say it is now cancelled but will only be giving him a voucher for the price of the hotel not the flights. He has to sort out getting a refund straight from the airline himself. He didn’t book the flights they did so surely they should be sorting out the refund?! Also we had flights booked with easy jet to Prague, we were able to request a refund on the 17th March but are still waiting for the money to reach our account, anyone else in the same boat? Thanks in advance.

I have booked and paid in full for a Marella cruise in October. If I cancel, how much would it cost me?  or Could I asked for it to be moved to 2021?

We booked to go to Ireland 8 May with Irish Ferries long before the present Covid 19 lock down of UK and Ireland. Applied to Irish Ferries for refund but they refused saying they can only delay sailing until 2021. Does this mean I will be unable to claim on my travel insurance or do I have a section 75 claim on my Credit Card ?
