However, I feel challenged by the whiter-than-white folks who look down on people who make use of the various bank offers, and I'll therefore find a way to continue to get the max monthly reward from the COOP  B)
I'm pleased to have caused you to change your mind. It empowers me.

You are missing the point. You have not changed my mind. You have just further encouraged me to keep extracting the max monthly amount from the COOP bank. You are most welcome to feel pleased about that.
OK. I am pleased to have played a part in further encouraging you to extract the maximum monthly amount from the Co-operative Bank.

For months I have been doing 1p x 6 per day water payments with required info copied and pasted from word document, will take 10 days when changes come into effect.

A good move Co-operative Bank! I think more banks should structure the perks to encourage people to use the account as their day-to-day current account.

Co-operative Bank will be making money on debit card transactions that it is encouraging its customers to do ......

Why not use your Google account to store your card details? You then just need to enter the CVV to get your card data filled (might only work in Google Chrome). Still not quite as exciting as watching paint dry but less painful than C&P

£2 a month reward for having to pay in £800 and pay out 4 direct debits and log in every month and can’t have paper statements. My time is worth more than the hassle and as for making 60 payments to get £3 that’s a very hard way to earn £3!

Plan : downgrade and close or switch account after June 1st.

Another bonus, I won’t  need the PO savings account anymore!

How many people make 30 genuine transactions per month, let alone 60?

But to your point, remind me again what's the name and aim/purpose of the website you joined?
I use my co-op account for small contactless spends & nearly always get my £1.50. Under the new system I'll be a little bit down, but should still get at least £4 most months.

Has no one ever objected to you doing this ?
I usually manage the 30 transactions but now I am shopping as infrequently as possible it really isn't going to work for me anymore. I pay for water by direct debit currently so don't know if I could do this either.
I haven't had any notification from Co-op either.

How odd. I've just checked the PDF I've linked to - post #1 on the co-op website and can confirm the contents are not the same as the one as I originally linked to (which I saved)...

Now wondering if they are posponing the changes in light of the current Covid-19 pandemic - purely speculation on my part, but I've had no notification either and the banner on the rewards section of their internet banking where the link to the changes PDF initially was has gone, so looks like they may have changed their mind for now...?

I never could find it when you linked it. Here’s hoping !
