Submitted it Wednesday and haven’t heard back yet apart from the advisor saying it would be worked on Thursday and then Friday saying it was still being reviewed.

That’s so gutting! I bet it’ll be pretty straight forward for you though, I’d imagine the stress will only go away once you’re in your new home! 

No not had the report, not expecting anything to be wrong with the valuation but just not sure what to expect when it goes back for final underwrite. I’ve sent latest payslip in but worried I’ll get asked for loads more things again 😣

Bluestone received our valuation report 48 hours after it was done. We were told an hour after they had received it that we had got our offer Never had to give anymore bank statements etc. X

Underwriter still not happy with hours, having to send another load of documents unfortunately

We got our offer at 4:30pm Friday .. been so happy since!! So happy the final underwriters didn't request any more information. 

Loved the email-- "Great News!! Your customers mortgage application has been approved  "

We now still have all the searches etc to do but glad this part is done after 6/7 months of stress.

 i think for me its the lack of target dates and no communication why that does me in being ex mil, target deadlines are something i got used to over the years so to be told we'll get the viewing booked ASAP then not hear anything from them for over a week now and they wont communicate with me and only through my broker is really annoying .
