Ooooh hope all goes well today and they do show up unlike how ours was first time ha.
Yes I am at that point now, really hoping the no more docs are needed but I bet they will!!! argh.
  • Crossing everything for it just to go through! Let me know when you hear 😊
  • Apparently our initial assessment is done, BS asking for tenancy references for the last 24 months, nightmare because it’s not been the same landlord, it was housing association then they sold to the local council. No idea how to get this sorted!!!

you can just filter your bank statements to show your rent payments for 24 months rather than having to get references, there no need to get landlord references. This is what we did and BS were more than happy.

Valuation report has come back all good  :) so now its been passed to the underwriting team.' Who will be in contact in due course'....

I am glad the valuation has come back fine but didnt get very excited as im nervous for this underwriting bit now. Just expecting them to want more docs due to the valuation taking almost a month! I really hope not.

Had to submit for an extension as completion will be 3 days after offers expires due to delays in the chain 😩

Submitted it Wednesday and haven’t heard back yet apart from the advisor saying it would be worked on Thursday and then Friday saying it was still being reviewed.

Stressing even though nothings changed apart from our credit scoring actually getting better!
